How To Order

Vitaflo® is dedicated to making sure the ordering process is both simple and convenient, with the time between placing an order and the delivery of goods being as short as possible. The information on this page is intended for United States customers only and includes patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and DMEs.

No minimum order required. All major cards accepted.

Please note: Patients and caregivers ordering products directly from Vitaflo will be required to provide a prescription from their healthcare provider.

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER 

All products are shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States (air freight available at an extra charge). Any damages or errors with your shipment must be reported to Vitaflo USA immediately. Please call 888-848-2356.

All orders received before 2pm ET will ship out same day. Orders received after 2pm ET will ship out next business day.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us by telephone at 888-848-2356. 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

All products are shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States (air freight available at an extra charge). 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be pre-approved within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be received 14 days from date of authorization to receive full credit. Damages and short shipments must be reported within 5 business days for credit to be issued or replacement products to be sent

Please contact Vitaflo USA (888-848-2356 TOLL-FREE) with the following information for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA): 

  • Reason for return
  • Product item
  • Lot number
  • Date of expiration 

 

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  1. Expired Product
  2. Partial or Open Cases 

 

All returns must meet be in accordance with the following conditions: 

1. Must be returned to Vitaflo USA within 4 months of expiration date. 

2. All cases must be unopened and in good condition. The case/product must be free of additional writing and/or labeling. 

3. The product must be shipped in an outer box with packing material and the RMA number visible on the exterior surface of all returned packages. 

4. There will be a $25 restocking fee deducted from the credit amount. 

5. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned product. 

Note: If the returned product is due to error on behalf of Vitaflo USA, we will pay all shipping charges and replace the product immediately. Otherwise, the customer will pay all shipping charges.
